Client Support Specialist - Immigration Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Support Specialist to assist clients with visa applications for the US, Canada, Singapore and other regions. You will be the main point of contact, guiding applicants through documentation, submission and follow‑up to ensure smooth processing.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients applying for US, Canada and Singapore visas.
• Provide end‑to‑end support in preparing, reviewing and submitting visa applications.
• Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria and timelines to applicants.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with embassies, consulates or visa centres.
• Collaborate with internal processing teams and external service providers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration policies and communicate status updates to clients.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Accurately update case management and CRM systems.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in immigration, client servicing or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with US, Canada or Singapore immigration processes is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple cases.
• Customer‑centric mindset with problem‑solving orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
