Clinical Solutions Specialist – Pharmacist

About the role

As a Clinical Solutions Specialist you will act as the clinical and technical bridge between EPIC Medical and its pharmacy clients, delivering hands‑on deployment of an automated compounding robot system while contributing to product development. The role combines client engagement, clinical expertise, and product innovation in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and clinical product demonstrations and pitches together with the Commercial team.
• Lead on‑site clinical training and onboarding for pharmacy staff during robot installation.
• Configure institution‑specific and region‑specific drug libraries with client pharmacists.
• Provide verification, troubleshooting, and go‑live support during commissioning.
• Travel regionally (≈10‑15% of time) to support installations.
• Serve as clinical subject‑matter expert on cross‑functional product development projects.
• Contribute to SOP development, validation testing, and early‑phase product roll‑out.
• Respond to clinical queries with well‑referenced guidance and create user education materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Registered pharmacist (preferred) with at least 5 years of hospital or compounding pharmacy experience.
• Hands‑on exposure to aseptic and sterile compounding, familiar with USP <797> and <800>, EU GMP Annex 1, and PIC/S guidelines.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel regionally for installations.
