About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to engage prospective clients in the UK, Singapore and, when required, the USA. The role is fully remote and focuses on initiating contact, presenting our services and arranging online meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and use curated lead lists to start conversations with potential clients.
• Deliver clear, compelling introductions of TechBiz Global’s services.
• Schedule high‑quality virtual meetings between prospects and Sales Representatives.
• Utilise company‑provided calling tools and CRM platforms efficiently.
• Adapt messaging to suit the UK, Singapore and US markets.
• Gather feedback from calls to help refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication with a professional tone.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including US time zones when needed.
• Proactive, persuasive attitude and enjoyment of client interaction.
• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new tools.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with calling software and CRM systems (training provided).
