Commercial Executive – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

The APAC Commercial Executive will drive the end‑to‑end development of technical and commercial proposals for Motive Offshore Group across the Asia‑Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will support the sales cycle by preparing tender responses, quotations and commercial documents, while ensuring proposals are accurate, compliant and competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs from sales managers, technical teams and business leaders to produce complete tender and quotation packages.
• Maintain opportunity and customer data in Salesforce and other business systems.
• Support commercial reporting, pipeline management and post‑award project hand‑over to execution teams.
• Interact with customers to present proposals, negotiate terms and address queries.
• Travel across the APAC region as required to attend meetings and site visits.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability based in Singapore.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout APAC.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for opportunity and data management.
