Commercial Manager

About the role

The Commercial Manager will drive sales growth across retail partners by executing action plans, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining brand consistency. This role combines strategic market analysis with hands‑on coaching of boutique managers and retail teams to boost sell‑out performance and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify business development opportunities and expand market share.
• Coach External Boutique Managers and retail partners, creating tailored action plans for each point of sale.
• Maintain strong wholesale and retail partnerships to support commercial objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, competitor activity and market trends, providing timely insights and recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial operations, including sales forecasting, product assortment planning and stock optimisation.
• Oversee Mystery Shopping programmes, analyse results and deliver targeted training to improve client experience.
• Coordinate 360° sales initiatives such as visual merchandising, in‑store activations and clienteling strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record of driving sales growth in a retail or wholesale environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills to influence and collaborate with external partners.
• Experience coaching and developing retail teams to achieve performance targets.
• Problem‑solving orientation with the capacity to propose solutions during business downturns.
