Commercial Operations Senior Executive

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Commercial Operations Senior Executive to lead our vaccination service delivery while supporting key commercial initiatives. Based in Singapore, this hybrid position splits roughly 70 % operations and 30 % commercial work.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day vaccination services, handling patient liaison, documentation, claims and issue resolution.
• Maintain and roster our network of doctors, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring service continuity.
• Support vaccination campaigns, partnerships and related initiatives.
• Plan and create engaging content for social media, website and campaign channels, using AI‑assisted tools for research and copywriting.
• Monitor and respond to community interactions, reviews and customer queries, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Assist the Commercial team with additional projects and campaigns.

Required profile

• Highly organised, resourceful and comfortable juggling operational and customer‑facing duties.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build warm relationships with doctors and external partners.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can identify and address rostering gaps and operational issues.

Required skills

• Experience in healthcare operations or vaccination service coordination.
• Familiarity with content creation and community engagement on digital platforms.
• Ability to use simple AI tools for research and copywriting.
