About the role
We are looking for a motivated Commis Cook II to join our kitchen team at DNATA Singapore. The role is ideal for candidates with a passion for food service and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced airport catering environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare mise‑en‑place and portion food items according to standard recipes and menu specifications.
- Cook meals as directed, ensuring correct timing, temperature control, and blast‑chilling where required.
- Label prepared foods with day stickers and maintain accurate work order records.
- Adhere to personal and food hygiene standards set by the Quality Assurance Department.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment, and report any damaged tools.
- Observe safety rules, monitor food temperatures, and minimise waste during preparation.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong interest and passion for the food & beverage industry.
