Communications Manager – MCO & MYSG

About the role

The Communications Manager for the MCO and MYSG affiliates will lead and coordinate internal and external communication strategies across the country level. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, the role ensures corporate messaging, media relations and stakeholder communications are aligned with global objectives while addressing local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for MYSG and the MCO region.
• Manage corporate and therapeutic‑area messaging, brand positioning and media relations.
• Design and implement internal and external communication plans, including town‑halls and leadership updates.
• Oversee digital and social‑media activities, ensuring compliance with global guidelines.
• Lead crisis‑communication response, maintain the crisis manual and conduct media training.
• Support executive communications for country leadership and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor issues, develop mitigation strategies and participate in crisis simulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, media relations and crisis management.
• Strong understanding of aligning local communications with global corporate objectives.
