Community Banking Internship – Relationship Management Assistant

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in community banking, supporting Relationship Managers in daily client interactions and credit processes at HL Bank Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with routine tasks and client support.
• Gather and verify customer documentation for credit reviews and updates.
• Collate and analyse customer data to aid marketing and review activities.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects that drive team initiatives.
• Learn and apply core banking processes and operations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Banking or Finance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Effective bilingual ability is preferred.
