Community Executive – Member Experience & Operations

About the role

As a Community Executive you will own the member experience across a portfolio of Figment heritage homes. You will act as the main liaison for members, ensure properties are well‑maintained, and foster a vibrant community that reflects our mission of preserving Singapore’s architectural legacy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, handling queries and issues promptly.
• Achieve a member satisfaction score of 50%+ and maintain strong Net Promoter Scores.
• Oversee seamless onboarding and off‑boarding processes with clear communication.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall property condition.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to enhance member perks and drive community participation.
• Identify, track, and resolve operational issues across properties, meeting agreed SLAs.
• Ensure 100% resolution of member complaints within defined timeframes.
• Coordinate property maintenance and facilities oversight to support a premium living experience.
