Community Immersion Programme & Data Coordinator

About the role

Nanyang Technological University’s Nanyang Business School is seeking a Programme Coordinator to develop and manage its Community Immersion Programme (CIP). The role blends programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, data management and process improvement, with opportunities to apply digital and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee local and overseas CIP projects from planning through implementation and post‑project follow‑up.
• Manage multiple timelines, milestones and stakeholder deliverables, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
• Develop effective relationships with students, faculty, alumni mentors, NGOs, social enterprises, host universities and NTU teams.
• Identify and assess suitable community partners and alumni mentors, recommending matches based on programme criteria.
• Analyse alumni and programme data to support mentor matching, tracking, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Implement digital tools, automation and AI applications to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for programme launches, briefings, mentor sessions and student presentations.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and updates for management, donors and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recognised Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with 3‑4 years of relevant experience (entry‑level candidates welcome).
• Strong knowledge of programme/project planning, stakeholder engagement and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proactive, resourceful and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience or interest in community engagement, alumni relations or social impact programmes is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) for data tracking and analysis.
• Experience working with databases and reporting tools.
• Comfort with digital, automation and AI‑enabled tools to improve processes.
