Community Manager

About the role

MORROW Health is Singapore's largest integrated fitness and recovery destination. The Community Manager will build and activate MORROW's external community and advocacy ecosystem to increase awareness, engagement, visits and membership interest.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and manage relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers, identifying collaboration opportunities.
• Build relationships with creators, UGC contributors and organic advocates to generate authentic third‑party content and advocacy.
• Identify and develop relationships with external communities, networks and groups to expand MORROW's reach.
• Develop and execute community‑led activations such as open houses, talks, sessions, experiences and social events.
• Own outreach, invitations and attendance generation for activations and work with CRM/Sales to move prospects through the funnel.
• Maintain relationships with participants and advocates post‑activation to encourage repeat engagement and conversion.
• Manage smaller community activations internally and coordinate external event support for larger scale events.
• Develop and manage Ambassador and Referral programmes as membership scales.
• Track community and activation performance across the funnel and optimise based on data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community building, influencer and KOL relationship management.
• Strong ability to design and execute community‑focused events and activations.
• Excellent communication and networking skills to engage diverse external groups.
• Data‑driven mindset to track performance and optimise initiatives.
