Community Specialist (Gaming)

About the role

We are seeking a Community Specialist with a passion for gaming to expand our titles’ presence on international social and livestreaming platforms. You will manage day‑to‑day community interactions, support creator collaborations, and help grow organic reach across key channels.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and maintain content on Facebook, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, adhering to the team’s calendar, brand guidelines and posting standards.
• Respond promptly and on‑brand to community comments, messages and feedback.
• Monitor community sentiment, flag trends or concerns, and share insights with the team.
• Identify, outreach to and coordinate partnerships with suitable creators, influencers and streamers.
• Manage cost‑per‑sale collaborations, communicate campaign requirements and track deliverables.
• Maintain simple records of partnership timelines, commercial terms and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on global social media, gaming and livestreaming trends and surface opportunities for new content formats.

Required profile

• Comfortable using international platforms such as Facebook, Discord, TikTok and YouTube.
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and creator‑led content.
• Strong understanding of global online culture, platform trends and audience preferences.
• Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Proactive in outreach and cold‑messaging potential creator partners.
• Organised, reliable and able to follow clear content guidelines independently.
