Compliance Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our corporate services division. In this senior role you will lead regulatory oversight, risk management and foster a strong compliance culture across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the designated Compliance Officer for Corporate Service operations, overseeing compliance risks.
• Ensure adherence to AML/CFT, FATCA, CRS, GDPR and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Review and approve client onboarding and ongoing business acceptance against regulatory standards.
• Monitor compliance risks, resolve documentation gaps, overdue reviews and remediation actions.
• Conduct periodic client file reviews and report breaches or control gaps to senior management.
• Support regulatory engagements, including audits, inspections and filings.
• Lead the development and enhancement of compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Manage the compliance team, allocating workload, overseeing performance and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of compliance experience, preferably within professional services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as AML, FATCA, CRS and GDPR.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
