Concierge (Butler) – Premium Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge (Butler) will deliver a high‑touch, personalized experience for VIP guests and visitors at our Singapore location. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures and all interactions in between, while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily arrival lists, identify VIPs and guests with special preferences, and personally welcome and escort them.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, providing attentive service that exceeds expectations.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to strict recipes, hygiene and labeling standards.
• Set up and tear down event spaces and meeting rooms, ensuring furniture, amenities and environment are impeccably presented.
• Act as first‑line technical support for meeting rooms and AV equipment, handling connectivity, displays and remote controls.
• Address guest queries, special requests and feedback promptly, coordinating with internal departments such as Housekeeping.
• Record guest preferences, incidents and feedback in client profile databases for future personalization.
