Condominium Manager

About the role

As a Condominium Manager you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, well‑maintained living environment for residents. You will lead the on‑site team, oversee daily operations, and act as the primary liaison with council members, residents and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the site team, setting high standards for service quality.
• Ensure the estate operates at peak performance, covering maintenance, logistics and resident comfort.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with council members, residents and contractors.
• Oversee renewal and management of service agreements and insurance policies.
• Guarantee full compliance with building laws and regulations.
• Respond promptly to feedback and complaints, turning challenges into improvements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service providers and contracts.
• Good understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on resident satisfaction.
