Construction Design Manager

About the role

The Construction Design Manager will lead residential projects from concept through completion, ensuring design quality, schedule adherence, and budget control. This senior position involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering both exterior and interior layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, site operations, TOP and DLP stages.
• Read, produce, and review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
• Set and monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop creative exterior and interior layouts for residential developments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct regular site visits, and report progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project design and management experience in Singapore (or equivalent).
• Ability to manage projects independently and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and people‑management skills.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays when required.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

• Proficiency with ArchiCAD.
• Proficiency with Lumion.
• Proficiency with Photoshop.
• Proficiency with SketchUp.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint.
