Construction Manager (Civil & Infrastructure Projects)

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead and supervise civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring site operations align with the approved master schedule and detailed work programme. This permanent position is based onsite in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction project team, overseeing planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors and authorities on project activities.
• Develop and submit method statements for client approval.
• Allocate manpower and resources, monitor work schedules and ensure efficient task assignment.
• Identify and resolve site‑related issues promptly.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure safety, efficiency and compliance with the project schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience, including work on LTA/MRT projects.
• At least 5 years managing civil and infrastructure construction works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, temporary works and site operations.
• Familiarity with LTA specifications, standards and procedures for MRT and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
