Construction Manager – Infrastructure & Civil Works

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure and civil works projects, including MRT developments, for our Singapore branch. The role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring successful delivery of construction activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update master schedules and cost control plans for assigned projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including manpower planning and progress tracking.
• Identify and mitigate delays caused by weather, emergencies or other issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to resolve site‑related matters.
• Enforce safe, economical construction methodologies and ensure compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project/site management, preferably in infrastructure and civil works.
• Proven experience in site construction management and safety compliance (MOM‑required courses).
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with strong team spirit.
