Construction Project Manager

About the role

NCE CORPORATION (S) PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead addition & alteration, renovation, interior fit‑out, painting, waterproofing and related M&E projects throughout Singapore. The role requires end‑to‑end ownership from award to handover, ensuring quality, schedule and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, mobilise and oversee projects from award through construction to final handover.
• Manage A&A, renovation, interior fit‑out, reinstatement, painting, waterproofing and associated M&E works.
• Review tender and construction drawings, specifications, BOQs and project scope.
• Prepare and maintain master programmes, detailed schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, civil and M&E works to ensure proper sequencing.
• Lead site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials and equipment to keep works on schedule.
• Identify and mitigate delays, technical conflicts and site constraints.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyor on variations, progress claims and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction, renovation and fit‑out projects in Singapore.
• Strong project management, site coordination and client‑management capabilities.
• Ability to review technical documents and resolve RFIs and approvals.
• Experience handling subcontractors, suppliers and procurement logistics.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
