Construction Supervisor & General Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor & General Foreman to lead daily site operations at our Singapore project. The role involves coordinating with planners, managing crews, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily construction activities, updating work status to the Planner.
• Attend and contribute to daily coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with the Planner on future activity scheduling.
• Manage workforce efficiently, including scheduling overtime during peak periods.
• Monitor daily work logs of all assigned subordinates.
• Enforce company and government safety regulations rigorously.
• Requisition materials and replacement parts to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in proper working order.
• Oversee on‑the‑job training for probationary workers.

Required profile

• Middle‑management experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong ability to coordinate with planners and lead a diverse workforce.
• Commitment to safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
