Construction Supervisor

About the role

MBSS Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead and coordinate site operations for its construction and renovation projects in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, monitor workers’ attendance, performance, training, and discipline.
• Communicate effectively in English with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Lead and guide workers to keep projects progressing smoothly and resolve on‑site issues.
• Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
• Provide practical solutions to challenges encountered during execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role on construction/renovation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to make proactive, responsible decisions on site.
• Fluent English communication with contractors and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Understanding of technical construction drawings.
