Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will oversee on‑site construction activities across Singapore, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing workers, coordinating subcontractors, and enforcing safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and enforce safety protocols.
• Track project progress to meet milestones and schedules.
• Inspect work and materials to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and clients.
• Coordinate availability and proper use of materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including roles as foreman or supervisor.
• Class 3 driving licence with at least 2 years driving experience and ability to travel around Singapore with own vehicle.
• Relevant safety certifications such as Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, SSIC).
