Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead and coordinate on‑site construction activities across Singapore, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Reporting to senior management, you will act as the primary liaison between the client’s representatives, subcontractors, and the internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities and monitor progress independently.
• Interpret and apply drawing requirements and construction specifications.
• Supervise structural and architectural works, coordinating closely with client representatives.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring safe, efficient site operations.
• Identify and resolve design‑related issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and enforce quality control procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or site management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Team‑player attitude with a keen desire to learn and grow within the company.
