Content Designer (Third-Party Associate)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Designer to join our Content Production team on a 12‑month temporary assignment. You will help translate organisational culture, values and initiatives into engaging visual and video experiences for employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop content that clearly communicates organisational culture, values and initiatives.
• Translate internal messaging into human‑centered narratives that resonate with employees.
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice and storytelling across all internal communication channels.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape and execute content strategies for culture‑building initiatives.
• Apply content design principles to structure information effectively across formats.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit video content for internal cultural storytelling, including interviews, event highlights and leadership messages.
• Manage end‑to‑end production from pre‑production planning to post‑production delivery and optimise content for different platforms.
• Stay updated on content and cultural trends to keep formats fresh and relevant.
• Develop creative concepts for activations and engagement initiatives.
• Create multimedia assets such as visuals, graphics and motion content to support storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with HR, business teams and external vendors when needed.
• Handle multiple projects and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proficient in content creation and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
• Experience with video production and editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools like Stable Diffusion and MidJourney.
• Past experience in organisational culture is a plus.
• Creative thinker and storyteller able to craft engaging employee experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves.”
