Core Account Executive – Thailand

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive for Databricks, you will sell the company’s cloud data platform to enterprise customers in Thailand, driving new business and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Present a territory plan within the first 90 days.
• Meet with CIOs, IT executives, line‑of‑business leaders and program managers.
• Close both new accounts and existing accounts while identifying quick wins.
• Manage longer, complex sales cycles and compress decision timelines.
• Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets.
• Track customer details, use cases and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Promote Databricks’ enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark.
• Ensure 100 % customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience consistently exceeding quotas.
• Field sales experience in big data, cloud and SaaS environments.
• Established relationships with CIOs, program managers and other key decision makers.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex cloud technologies.
• Fluent Thai for direct communication with customers in Thailand.
