Corporate Account Manager – Microelectronics

About the role

The Corporate Account Manager – Microelectronics will drive growth for Ecolab’s Microelectronics business across Southeast Asia. You will manage a portfolio of corporate customers, build strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that support customers’ sustainability and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, create action plans and resource allocations, and develop deployment plans for divisional programs.
• Conduct regular business reviews at plant, country and divisional levels, ensuring agreed actions are executed.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity and provide feedback to R&D, marketing and technical teams.
• Own corporate‑account governance, contract compliance, pricing strategy, renewals and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate Ecolab resources across countries to deliver consistent service and resolve escalated issues.
• Prepare, finalize and present customer proposals following internal approval processes (PCAF).
• Identify, propose and document customer value opportunities and drive deployment of innovation.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a proactive, agile approach in a fast‑paced industry.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across operations, engineering, procurement and C‑suite levels.
• Ability to collaborate closely with internal technical consultants, R&D, marketing and field teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey Ecolab’s total‑solution approach.
