Costing Assistant/Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Costing Assistant/Executive to join Culina’s procurement and retail team in Singapore. The role involves reviewing price lists, maintaining accurate costing data and supporting the pricing process for our specialty food and wine offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain stock codes, PLU IDs and barcodes in the system.
• Develop, update and ensure the accuracy of the costing master spreadsheet for manager approval.
• Enter cost data, perform cost tabulation and analysis, and compare GRN prices with costing prices, initiating corrective actions when needed.
• Upload price information across systems in coordination with Purchasing and Retail teams.
• Handle daily email enquiries, perform general administrative duties and support monthly campaign setup.
• Maintain PLU, barcode, stock code and RSP information in the PLU master.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
