Creative Director

About the role

Kyberlife is seeking an Executive‑level Creative Director to shape and safeguard its brand across multiple regional markets. You will lead the visual language of the marketplace, ensuring consistency while driving innovative design solutions for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve Kyberlife’s brand identity, enforcing consistency across all offices.
• Design and produce marketing collateral for digital and print, including pitch decks, brochures, email templates, landing pages, and campaign creatives.
• Advise product and engineering teams on UI/UX best practices for the marketplace platform.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content such as product explainers, testimonials, and event highlights.
• Own the visual pipeline for social media, creating platform‑specific posts, banners, and short‑form videos.
• Translate campaign briefs into high‑quality ads, banners, and posts, iterating quickly based on performance data.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva and other tools to maximise output speed.
• Source, brief, and manage freelance designers, videographers and other creative vendors.
• Collaborate with regional GMs and BD leads to tailor assets to local market nuances while staying on‑brand.
• Establish creative review workflows, templates and asset libraries to improve consistency and speed.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience leading brand and creative initiatives.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, engineering and regional business teams.
