Credit Policy & Analytics Manager (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

Join HL Bank Singapore as a Credit Policy & Analytics Manager on a 6‑month contract. You will help shape credit policies, monitor portfolio risk, and drive data‑driven initiatives to support profitable growth while managing credit exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing new or revising existing credit policies.
• Perform credit risk monitoring across the portfolio, analysing trends, risk migration, vintage performance and system development.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and lead initiatives such as scorecard development to improve underwriting.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of lending regulations to ensure compliance and adopt industry best practices.
• Manage ongoing and ad‑hoc reporting requirements.
• Design and deliver dashboards using data‑visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau).

Required profile

• Recognised university degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of risk‑management experience with a focus on analytics and credit policy.
• Strong understanding of credit risk monitoring, policy development and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage reporting deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tableau (data‑visualisation tool).
