Crypto Options Trader

About the role

We are seeking a Crypto Options Trader to join our trading team in Singapore. You will help build and manage a crypto options book, generate revenue and control risk across Bitcoin, Ethereum and other digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to a trading book, generate revenues and manage risk for the business.
• Implement volatility models and maintain real-time volatility surfaces for crypto assets, acting as a principal market maker.
• Monitor and manage the book’s Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta, Rho) to stay within strict limits.
• Develop systematic strategies to capture short-term mispricing and execute market-making operations.
• Partner with developers to back-test, prototype and deploy new options strategies and products.
• Perform deep-dive P&L and Greek exposure analysis to evaluate performance and optimise models.
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Finance to ensure proper governance and controls.

Required profile

• Degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Economics from a top-tier institution.
• Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience in options trading (equities, FX or crypto) and algorithmic market making.
• Strong programming capabilities, particularly in Python.
• In-depth understanding of FX, equity and crypto market mechanics, including CeFi, DeFi, perpetual futures and margin models.
