Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join Tuck Lee Ice’s support team in Singapore. You will help ensure smooth daily operations by processing orders, coordinating deliveries and handling customer enquiries and complaints across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and arrange timely deliveries with drivers.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining positive relationships.
• Record and report feedback to suggest service improvements.
• Assist team members with routine operational tasks to keep workflow efficient.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Fluent communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail, patience and a responsible attitude.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
