Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join C & W Electronics in Singapore. The role involves handling customer enquiries, providing sales support, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment from order entry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, order status updates, delivery schedules, product issues and complaint resolution.
• Process Purchase Orders, verify details and create Sales Orders in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse and logistics providers to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales and shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Sales Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes and export paperwork.
• Monitor sales backlog, outstanding orders, customer payments and shipment progress.
• Arrange freight, manage duty & tax payment requests and handle Return Material Authorisations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, customer data and filing systems.
• Perform data entry and support ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service or sales administration.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
