Customer Service Executive – Sales Support & Administration

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will provide essential sales support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth order processing, credit control, and customer relationship management. This role is based in the West office of a multinational company and works Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up quotations, process sales orders, and distribute work orders to relevant departments.
• Assist with security design on floor plans and manage service agreements for system commissioning.
• Handle credit control activities, including chasing payments and monitoring payment status.
• Compile monthly sales performance and quotation summary reports.
• Maintain vendor approval forms, set up customer digital portals, and circulate internal notifications.
• Collect market intelligence, support marketing initiatives, and participate in customer rapport programs.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Studies or Office Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support within the service, industrial products, or building industry.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.
