Customer Service Executive (Sales Support)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide sales support and ensure smooth order fulfilment for our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for order‑related enquiries, coordinating with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day customer support for enquiries on orders, deliveries and related matters.
• Manage the end‑to‑end order process from placement through fulfilment.
• Process and maintain Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments to track order status, delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver timely sales and order administration support.
• Resolve order discrepancies and follow up on issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system.
• Support additional sales and customer service activities as required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or a related role.
• Willingness to travel overseas 1–2 times per year.
