Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team across Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience throughout their interaction with our company.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle guest and customer inquiries, requests, and feedback via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Receive, sort, and redirect mail, packages, and phone calls efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide assistance, and maintain an exceptional service standard.
• Perform basic administrative and reception duties, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Assist with promotional activities, voucher claims, and event coordination.
• Record incident reports and support follow‑up actions when required.
• Ensure lobby and guest areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and errands to support guests and customers.
