Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to manage our e‑commerce operations across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and Shopify. The role combines order processing, customer support and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth business flow.

Key responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks and provide prompt, professional customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges on online platforms, ensuring accurate fulfillment and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, arrange delivery routes using the company system and oversee product delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records, perform data entry, documentation and filing.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality guidelines and complete ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience and professionalism when handling customer concerns.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software (experience with any CRM is a plus).
