Customer Service Representative – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join Now Health International’s Singapore team. The role involves delivering exceptional service to members, intermediaries and corporate clients in the international private medical insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for individual members, intermediaries and corporate clients via phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication that reflects the company’s brand values.
• Handle sales calls in the absence of sales staff, gather information for quotations and ensure appropriate product delivery.
• Process enquiries, service requests and documentation promptly and accurately, meeting internal time‑frames.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complaints, service failures and improve the overall customer experience.
• Support the team with flexible working hours, including weekends and occasional extended shifts.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification (industry‑specific qualifications desirable but not required).
• Extensive experience in customer service within the international private medical insurance or general insurance sector.
• Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
• Willingness to learn company plans and policies thoroughly.
• Availability to work weekends and occasional extended hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CRM system and ability to quickly learn new industry‑specific technology.
