About the role

The Public Relations Manager will ensure consistent, prompt, and high‑quality resolution of complex public queries related to pre‑enlistment. You will provide tailored support, engage proactively with the public, and help improve unit operations through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex public queries concerning pre‑enlistment.
• Provide personalized support and ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes for each case.
• Engage proactively with members of the public to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
• Analyze case data to identify trends and emerging issues.
• Surface key insights to Subject Matter Experts for awareness and learning.
• Drive continuous improvements in unit operations and customer relations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in case management or customer service is preferred.
• Experience handling CRM system data for analysis and reporting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with flexibility in communication styles.

• Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
