Customer Service & Shipping Assistant – Logistics

About the role
The Customer Service / Shipping Assistant will support the sales and logistics teams by handling quotes, order tracking, invoicing and returns. This role is based onsite at Lorong Chuan and offers a one‑year contract within a multinational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and track customer orders from entry to delivery.
- Process backlogs, generate invoices and manage returns and discrepancies.
- Resolve customer credit issues and handle claims in line with consumer laws.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard‑copy records of transactions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to key performance metrics.
- Assist with stock queries, order expediting and stock rotation reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma qualification or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience in customer service, shipping or logistics.
Required skills
What we offer
- Fixed‑term contract of 1 year.
- Monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000.
- Overtime pay and a one‑month completion bonus.
- Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm.
