Customer Success Manager – APAC

About the role

Flagright is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the APAC region, based in Singapore. The role sits at the heart of Flagright’s AI‑driven financial crime compliance platform, translating customer needs into product enhancements and ensuring successful adoption across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned customer accounts, lead kickoff, implementation, and quarterly business review meetings, and manage escalations end‑to‑end.
• Analyze usage data to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend product improvements that enhance functionality and user experience.
• Engage directly with customers to capture pain points, prioritize feature requests, and shape high‑impact roadmap items.
• Communicate product updates, new feature launches, and issue resolutions through appropriate customer channels.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user insights into clear, actionable requirements.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality documentation, onboarding guides, and training materials.

• Strong opinions backed by data, willing to adapt when evidence changes.
• Self‑motivated, prefers owning outcomes over completing task lists, and thrives in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
