Customer Success Manager – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

The Customer Success Manager (APAC) will act as the trusted advisor for insurers across the Asia‑Pacific region, guiding them through implementation, adoption and expansion of DXC Assure Smart Apps. The role focuses on delivering measurable business outcomes, optimizing processes and ensuring long‑term value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑go‑live success for assigned APAC customers and build executive‑level relationships.
• Conduct regular business reviews, define success plans and track KPIs.
• Identify optimization, expansion and adoption opportunities for Smart Apps.
• Establish success metrics, monitor health and adoption, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise across APAC insurance operations, including policy administration, claims, underwriting and distribution.
• Act as the voice of the customer, capture enhancement ideas and contribute to product road‑maps.
• Collaborate with implementation, product, engineering and support teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Develop reusable playbooks, best‑practice guides and contribute to reference programs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in insurance software, consulting or customer success.
• Deep knowledge of APAC insurance operations and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to manage executive relationships and drive value realization.

Required skills

• Experience with regional administration platforms such as Integral and Ingenium.
