Cyber Security Director (OT)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Director to lead our Operational Technology (OT) security program. You will shape and execute an enterprise‑wide strategy that protects critical infrastructure while aligning with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a holistic cybersecurity strategy covering OT, IT and data‑center environments.
• Define a long‑term security roadmap and advise senior leadership on risk, investment and compliance priorities.
• Establish governance, policies and standards to meet IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee risk assessments, third‑party risk reviews and audit programs.
• Lead SOC operations, threat monitoring, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Drive IT/OT security integration, secure architecture design and protection of critical infrastructure systems.
• Build and mentor cybersecurity teams, fostering capability growth and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 14 years of cybersecurity experience with proven leadership in critical infrastructure, data‑center and cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience managing SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence and vulnerability programs.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST) and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are advantageous.
