Cyber Security Manager – Financial Services (Technology Consulting)

About the role

Join EY's Technology Consulting practice as a Cyber Security Manager (or Senior Manager) focused on the Financial Services sector. You will lead the design and delivery of security solutions that help banks, insurers and capital market firms protect their data, meet regulatory demands and improve cyber resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale cyber security transformation programmes across Security Operations, Identity & Access Management, Security Strategy, and Data Protection.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, CISOs, CIOs and risk leaders.
• Develop security strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks and roadmaps.
• Drive business development activities, including client relationship management and proposal development.
• Manage and coach high‑performing teams across multiple engagements.
• Ensure delivery quality, project governance and stakeholder management for complex client programmes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading cyber security consulting engagements for financial services clients.
• Deep expertise in at least one domain: Security Operations, IAM, Security Strategy & Governance, or Data Protection & Privacy.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation.
• Strong business development and thought‑leadership capabilities.
