Cyber Security Transformation Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Transformation Associate Manager to lead the delivery of security projects across infrastructure, applications and cloud environments. The role will embed security controls, manage risk assessments and support incident response while driving team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cybersecurity projects across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• Implement security controls aligned with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security into system design.
• Oversee incident response and support threat management activities.
• Manage team performance and contribute to capability development.
• Provide guidance on security best practices and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Strong knowledge in at least one domain such as cloud security, IAM or network security.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and project deliverables effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
