Data Analyst Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join the Managing Director’s Office at Volkswagen Group Singapore. You will turn raw data into clear, interactive dashboards that support senior leadership in strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to deliver business insights.
• Analyse and interpret data sets to identify trends, patterns and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with senior managers and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualisations.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a final‑year Bachelor’s program or a fresh graduate in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Available for a minimum 4‑month internship (up to 6 months).
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel formulas.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
