Data Analyst Intern – Operations & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst Intern to support our Operations & Automation team in Singapore. The role offers hands‑on experience in data validation, SQL querying, Power BI dashboard maintenance and Python scripting, while working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Asia Pacific Customer Backlog data and perform data validation to improve order fulfillment.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, joins) to extract and transform data from SAP systems.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, including optimisation of SQL scripts and DAX measures for Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Develop Python scripts to automate manual data‑transformation tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, align objectives and deliver data‑analysis solutions on schedule.
• Provide technical support for dashboards, troubleshoot data issues and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an undergraduate programme and able to work full‑time for a 7‑month period (01‑Dec‑2026 to 30‑Jun‑2027).
• Self‑starter, detail‑oriented and eager to gain practical experience in data analysis and automation.

Required skills

• SQL (including CTEs, window functions and joins).
• Power BI dashboard development and DAX.
• Python scripting for data automation.
• Experience with SAP data extraction.
