Data Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Data Generalist to join Millipede in Singapore. In this full‑time on‑site position you will own the end‑to‑end data lifecycle, turning raw data from our mobile app and web portal into actionable insights that improve construction project efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that collect large datasets from mobile and web sources.
• Develop and implement data preprocessing, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure high data quality.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover user behaviour, project metrics, and operational trends.
• Build, test, and validate machine‑learning models for forecasting timelines, identifying safety risks, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualisations in tools such as Looker and PowerBI for self‑service analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate data needs into data‑driven solutions.
• Communicate complex findings through clear reports and presentations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
