Data Scientist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy AI models that drive personalised customer engagement across digital and non‑digital channels. The role works closely with stakeholders to turn structured and unstructured data into actionable insights that improve satisfaction and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements.
• Perform feature engineering using customer, product, digital, and behavioural data.
• Design, build, and scale AI and machine‑learning models.
• Evaluate model performance against technical and business metrics.
• Develop end‑to‑end model pipelines and conduct robustness testing.
• Prepare model documentation and testing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Strong command of Python for data manipulation and text analytics.
• Proficient in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience with machine‑learning libraries and Generative AI.
• Ability to work with diverse data types and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
