Deep Cleaning Crew Member & Driver (S Pass)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Deep Cleaning Crew Member who will also serve as a driver to support our residential cleaning operations across Singapore. The role combines hands‑on deep‑cleaning of 2–3 homes per day with transporting equipment and staff to job sites using the company van. Candidates must be physically fit, hold a valid Class 3 licence and be comfortable communicating with clients in English.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough deep‑cleaning tasks in 2–3 residential units each day as part of a team.
• Drive the company van to various locations, planning efficient routes with Google Maps.
• Interact with clients on‑site, confirming job requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety standards while handling cleaning equipment.
• Maintain the van’s cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Prior experience in residential cleaning within Singapore.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Good command of spoken English for client communication.
• Physically able to perform manual cleaning work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Maps for route planning.
• Class 3 driving licence.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary of SGD 3,600–4,200 per month.
• Overtime pay of SGD 8 per hour after completing 40 jobs.
• Job incentive of SGD 10 per job after 40 jobs.
• One day off per week (day off not guaranteed to be Sunday).
